Sunrise Tower 2 is the second chapter in a landmark development by Braka Construction, shaped by the celebrated New York studio WORKac. Rising up to 46 floors, the building blends sculptural geometry with the warm tones of Tirana's earth and light.

With 36,000 m² above ground and 10,000 m² below, the tower brings together residential apartments, ground-floor commercial spaces and underground parking, a complete urban destination minutes from the city centre.
